Mrs. Beach Bum headed out to beautiful Salt Lake City on Wednesday for an overnight stay and a day of meetings. The short trip offered some amazing views of the mountains and a quick look into another part of the country. Since she was busy with work there was no time to explore and check out the local flavor, we will have to go back for an extended stay when it gets warmer.
